I dont agree with his beliefs, but he was a proud Christian until the end

even when he spent the last few weeks of his life barely able to speak, he still managed to pray

I dont care if people dont believe in something, or if they do - whatever makes you happy, and whatever makes you content

believe what you want to believe, who cares if people dont agree?

the general point was let people believe what they want if it makes them happy, even if you dont agree with them

if someone wants to be deeply religious, then let them. it obviously provides comfort to them and makes them happy - why try to take that from then? it can be the only solace they get

Plus i'm sure people have accepted G-d exists on their death bed, even under worse conditions...it is nice that he stuck with his beliefs until the end, but he is no special then any other person who did that.

Can you please give us your opinion in a less rude manner. I don't go around saying atheism is codswallop. There are multiple ways of expressing the same opinion and atheists, christians, deists, hedonists, fascists, nazi, liberals, conservatives, pagans, muslims, jews, humanists, anarchists, communists, socialists, agnostics, confucists, taoists, buddhists, and any other group I might have left would do well to learn this.

I say do whatever you want as long as you don't interfere with other people's freedoms.

who cares what other ppl believe in aslong as what u beleive in makes u happy and aslong as your granddad was happy to be cristian when he died well it would be a better death then what many ppl would have

just because they have the same root does not mean they are fundimentally interconnected and mutaully dependent. we can have civilization without civil war, civil aviation ,or even honda civics.

If you are joking, then cool. If you are not, well you are entitled to your belief and I am entitled to disagree. I'm no pacifist. If war must be done, then it must be done. But a nation should not conduct itself in a manner that will unduly bring war about. Ex: Afghanistan.
