This thread's inspired by listening to my old David Bowie albums (shoot me, I know). Anyway here's the question...

If it was made public, beyond any doubt, that all life on Earth would end exactly five years from today - how would you live out the next 5 years?

Build a sodding big monument on the moon with all the fruits of mankinds knowledge and labour beneath it, in the hopes that one day some race would find us and know what we achieved.

I'd gloss over the crappy bits, though. Like reality tv and greenpeace.

I'd keep living the way I am now.

You're off by a couple. Everyone knows the world will end on December 11, 2012. Go Mayans! :D

I'd do the few things that I really want to do, then spend the rest of my time totally pissed and/or bent.

David Bowie is probably the single most underrated musician in the world.

Anyway, I'd probably live the next 5 five years loving my wife, caring for my children, being a good Muslim, and doing all of the things I enjoy.

In short ... nothing would change.

Traveling around the world seeing places I've always wanted to see. Talking to and spending time with people. Being kind, forgiving and open.
