Recently, after that 'mental image' of other NS posters thread, i've started to view The Tribes Of Longton as some kind of viking warrior/barbarian dude... not sure why... :cool:
anyway, so i'm taking a leaf out of Bergist's book and founding the Official Church of The Tribes Of Longton. it's a pagan church where we all sit around in Vallhalla style halls - Beowulf style - and drink mead, and ale, and eat roast boar off the bone!
Who wil join me on this perilous journey, hearty pagan warriors?

Vikings knew how to have fun. They should have taken over the world and not advanced at all. Then it'd be like mead all over the place.

I drank mead for the first time this past christmas. It's not so good by itself, IMHO. But warmed up with some cinnamon, nutmeg and stuff it's pretty good.
