I think he is innocent. But Jackie needs tro learn that his childhood is over. Children have parents who are greedy and want money.
He needs to stop hanging with kids.

Jackie never got a childhood as a kid (lots of Child actors have that issue) so he is trying to relive his childhood. I feel for the guy, but not everyone is understanding. Many people like crying wolf to get money.

I don't know. I haven't seen or heard the evidence, but if you want my gut reaction, I think guilty. But I am willing to be open and wait for the evidence before I make up my mind. I think he deserves that much. As any one would.

Hahaha, no, I'm Canadian, not even possible. I just think every one has the right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty. I don't see why "Wacko Jakco" should be any different..;)

In a court of law, yes, you are innocent until proven guilty. In the court of public opinion it's a different story.

Canadian, okay. Well, they might have to move the trial to the north of the border to get 'impartial' jury... stay tuned. Hell, he might be the 1st American to be tried in Hague!

Like I said, my gut thinks he's guilty. But, I don't know, no one does, except for the people involved and the people who have seen the evidence. The court of public opinion has done more harm to the justice system than any thing ever has. People can have their views, but the press should shut up. I think many people have been convicted because of public opinion and not on the facts. That's just wrong.

lol Well, if he's mentaly ill, he really can't be bla,ed AS MUCH. Besides, nowadays anyone can go to a celebrity and say they're sueing for rape, and they'll get away with it and be 50 million dollars richer...Just like Snoop Dog...

He's innocent, unless the jury finds him guilty.


My own personal opinion, there was definitely something going on in that house that isn't right. The fact that the hall leading to the room where the alleged molestation took place has a motion-sensor alarm in it raises immediate suspicion. Why would you need a device to alert you if anyone is approaching the bedroom?

Still, I think the parents are just as much to blame. If any of their not-rich, not-famous near-middle-aged male neighbors invited their young boys to a sleepover, do you think they'd have agreed? I think not.

Guilty, he is mentally incompetant, he is a sicko and doesnt deserve to breathe freely anymore, a state penatentuary would be fine. He even faked having influenza to get out of trial for a few days. He is so queer, (not in the gay way just the weird way for all you who would argue with me) he says "Im feeling a little under the weather." What is he a Welsh lady?
