Not really. It's the US keyboards that are weird. You're ~ is in the wrong place, and it really pisses me off in games.

Dollar signs are necessary in computer coding so that's probably why they have them on most (all?) keyboards.

But I'm Scottish so I've got £s too. And €s.

my $ is on shift + 4
the £ is on shift + 3

the € is also on the 4, but thats ctrl + alt + 4 (not to be confused with ctrl + alt + del. especially not to be confused twice)

first i never get those jokes, second , russian keyboards are strange, i just got the hang of them and then it broke, but then i remebered , russian keyboards never break, how we laughed as we worked on the collective keyboard factory

so what is the key below "]" and above Rshift, right of "@" and "'", and left of return?

There is no key between the ] and the Rshift on my keyboard, @ is shift+2 and ' is the leftmost key on the number row above qwerty. Very different.

My keyboard has °, §, ², ³, ß, ä, ö, ü, µ, €. And àáèéùúìíòóý can be typed with two strokes. And the Y and Z are switched.
