Is what they'll be saying in 10 years from now. But heres the delio. What happened was... The US bombed Lebanon, because Bush knew an alliance was in the making, and he knew he had to get into Iran to stop their nuclear facilities. So if he bombed Lebanon he would have an excuse to invade the Syrian alliance with Lebanons help. Hell say something like "We must help the Lebaneese in their time of need. Take out the WMDs, I mean, disarm the terrorists, I mean, spread freedom to that part of the world yeah." But that is what happened I am sure. Evidence points to it, and I think a couple days ago we pulled out our ambassador, coincidence? No. Now he may have an ok excuse.

To make it short. Bush wants to invade Iran, they knew an Iran-Syrian alliance was coming up. So he bombed Lebanon, framed Syria, now he has an excuse to back Lebanon in the invasion of the allied two.
