She'd taken for granted all the times her gifts had numbed the senses until now when she'd been stripped of it all. Half-stumbling over roots in the darkness, she managed to find her way to the old ruin. This was truly the last place she wanted to be, but what were the options? The closer she got to this place, the less pain she was in. In fact, the torc seemed to be leading her somehow. Nearing the enterance, she glanced over her shoulder, feeling watched. Seeing nothing, she climbed back into the wretched gap which served as an opening and scaled down into that damned place.*
OOC: Hey Gael... never noticed the Torc before... what's the symbolism... and sorry for the changing of your character. but didn't want something too powerful throwing the story.

OOC: No worries. I thought it was a good idea, actually. She found the torc in the lake a while back. It was apparantly something that has been in her family since the earliest Chieftans, so very strange that she randomly found it. It's sort of controlling her.

by now... it's no longer ruins... but a whole building.
the grounds for about 50 ft around is warped... grass is both brown and green, the trees are twisted and are likewise in folage color. it's also quiet... no birds, animals or insects.
Gael: You're standing in the main foyer... the room looks cheerful.. the lights chasing away the shadows. The only movement is from your refletion in the large mirror in the corner.

Apparently Gides also has a tie here... something terrible happened around the time the club was destroyed (i think) they wanted a third party to play the demon so I mashed a story together and swallowed up Gides and LP... and whomever sets foot into the club. the club (as people would've guessed by now.) brings to life the person's fantasies/nightmares... even bits of the past. The goal... is to find the source of the disturbance... before the Cotn Club reaches the PC.

Inside, you see Gael and... a human... Vaga? holding and playing with a child. Gael looks towards you and shrieks... She grabs the child while the man turns and takes a protective stance infront of the two.

**he doesnt even hold up a hand to try and stop it. he just lets loose another dark laugh and stands, letting the chair break across his chest. at the impact he took a step back from the force. he looked dwon at the shattered wood, then back up at the others. with a wicked smirk, he turned and walked back out of the room**

the door closes behind you and the light goes out. However, you did not escape unscathed... there are some scratches, 1 bruse and some splinters on your chest.
