Annoying at times, but his story always seemed consistent.

He could be pretty condescending to people, like once I remember him "psychologically evaluating" someone he was arguing with.

Still, I reckon he made the forum a bit more interesting. He had a really abstract way of writing, which was refreshing in a heated debate. And there's the red font, of course.

oh yeah, i still have about 8, i've seen more than that die off over the years(well okay less than two but getting close). my highest post count puppets are cannibalchrist and ernst rohm(but cc can't post cuz i modified him and never bothered to verify him. i need to set up a hotmail account, my main account seems to think all verifications are spam to be blocked)

He also left a rather indelible mark on the Moderation forum.

Erastide very much belongs in the list of players that made Nationstates what it is today, IMO.

I would like to add my nominations:

1) Stephistan, I feel as far as mods go, she was one of the best. Yes, we don't agree on some (most) things, but still, as a mod she was brilliant. Here's to you Steph!

2) Another important nomination in my view is Lascivicious Maximus. Always there with a kind word, and a great friend to practically everyone!
