I guess the US and Iraq are hurting THIS BAD for money that they have to screw over Saddam's victims. Even its own soldiers.

On one hand I'd be pissed too if I was tortured, but on the other hand they wouldn't be hurting the one responsible for their torture by taking money from the current Iraq. It's a difficult situation in my humble opinion.

Although these soldiers deserve reparations for what was done, why don't the tortured Iraqi civilians who knew NOTHING get something back?

Oh wait, the Iraqis are evil...wait, were evil at the time, but now they're good.
