Just wanted to take a moment and wish everyone ( yes, the guys too! ) a very happy Valentine's Day!

If you have someone about whom you deeply care, or better yet are in love with, hold them close, but not so close they feel suffocated.

If you don't have anyone yet, but would like to, don't lose hope. There's someone out there just for you! Trust me on this. I know whereof I speak. :)

How to build a great relationship:

1. Know yourself and be the best "you" you can be!

2. Watch your significant other's reactions to things so you can learn what they like and don't like.

3. Learn to "interpret" your SO's moods, glances, sense of humor, body language, etc.

4. Learn to figure out what your SO really wants without asking her/him, then do your best to provide that to them. Guys ... this is what women "really want," their man to know what they want/need without being told, and then knock themselves out to provide that for them! ( Take NOTES, dammnit! ) :D

5. MAKE time to be together! I cannot overemphisize this. Regardless of how busy you are with job, school, etc., carve out a block of time every day to talk/laugh/play with your SO, and at least four hours ( an entire day would be much better! ) every weekend just for the two of you to be together. This is important in the extreme!

6. Women ... please try to remember that your guy probably hasn't given your "relationship" a moment's thought, and that he is most probably not "in touch with his feelngs," much less able to "share" them with you!

7. Men ... please try to remember that many times when your SO wants to talk, that's probably all she wants to do. If she wants you to "fix" something, she'll find a way to let you know. But most of the time she just wants to share, something men don't generally even think of doing.

8. Studies of relationships show that one of the most important things you can do for each other is to support each other's goals. Be supportive! It's important.

9. Little things mean a lot. Guys, this is important for you to remember! If there are dishes in the sink, wash them. If there are clothes on the floor, pick them up. If your SO looks tired, massage her feet ( most women love this! ).

10. And always, always do your very best to be kind to one another.

Honestly I sometimes wish the wife would just pack her bags and get lost. But mainly I like V-Day because I'm guranteed a nice XXX-throw down.

Ok, guess you need my self defense class.
Primary targets: guage out the eyes, strike at the neck or attack the genitals with knee or grab and twist. These will disable.
Secondary: Elbow to the face or neck from standing. To genitals when kneeling, kick from floor. Hammerfist to nose or genitals. Kick to the center of the shin bone.
Tertiary: hammerfist to back of elbow to break. Kick to back of knees.

Keep hands in front of your head and your chin down. Never pull at fingers etc when captured, go straight for the attack.
Don't prevent yourself from falling: roll and either get back up or get your leg up ready to kick and protect the head.
Attack with the hips, so hit through then come back quickly. Speed is where the power comes from.
Shout. NO! Call 911/999! and Fire! work best.
Hit your car horn.
Never change locations.
Give the bastard hell and they may give up.
A weapon is no excuse not to fight. Slashed arms is better than rape. A gun will draw attention they won't want to use it.
