well, i've got an evil seminar tomorrow, involving (what would normally be) a couple of days worth of research & reading to write a presentation, and also a super-fun exam on everything we did last semester. fucking great.
and what am i doing? bumming about here instead of working... :headbang:

so, anybody else got anything you should be doing instead of reading this crap?

I should be sleeping... I mean, it's just about 11 AM here, so normally I should be awake anyway at this time. But I just came back from visiting a grad school yesterday and had a great time - but my 2-day visit was packed with mental and emotional stimulation, so my mind has been buzzing all night!

I was exhausted last night and thought I'd get to sleep at around 8 PM (I know, insanely early), but then I couldn't actually fall asleep. So I putzed around until 11ish. And then I did go to sleep, but only until 2:30 AM - at which point I woke up and couldn't get to sleep again until 7 AM. And then I wasn't sleeping well at that point either, so I got out of bed at 9:30 AM.

And here I am.

actually no, i have biology c/w to do however i missed the week when we did it so i have to go see my teacher one lunch time when i get back so he can tell me what to do, and as for my other subjects, havn't started maths c/w and i don't do any for AS psychology, so i have nothing to do!

Getting out of bed (I love having my laptop on my bookshelf just 2"/5cm above my pillow, if that), going to school brunch then finishing the overdue evil English essay where one sentence takes more time than a normal paragraph. I hate having to count the number of words in each sentence, it cramps meh style!

Its called a University! Welcome to college life. Frankly it was either a 8 am class or a 6-9 pm class!

I opted for the 8 since it is an hour long and not three!

I dunno. When I was at college f/t, an hour in the bed was worth three in the bar (at that time of the evening anyway).

London School of Economics. It's where I did my Masters, and it's the only UK college I know that works those sort of hours. They may of course have borrowed the idea from America - their student intake is extremely international.
