Ok. You're crazy, bonkers. Your elevator doesn't reach the top floor. Your ideas have hair all over them. You're two bricks shy of a truckload, two sandwitches short of a picnic, one bottle shy of a six-pack, one barrell short of a shotgun. A few clowns short of a circus. A few fries short of a Happy Meal. An experiment in Artificial Stupidity.
Dumber than a box of hair.
A few peas short of a casserole.
Don't have all your cornflakes in one box.
The wheel's spinning, but the hamster's dead.
One Fruit Loop shy of a full bowl.
One taco short of a combination plate.
A few feathers short of a whole duck.
All foam, no beer.
The cheese slid off your cracker.
Body by Fisher, brains by Mattel.
Have an IQ of 2, but it takes 3 to grunt.
Warning: Objects in mirror are dumber than they appear.
Can't pour water out of a boot with instructions on the heel.
Fell out of the Stupid tree and hit every branch on the way down.
An intellect rivaled only by garden tools.
As smart as bait.
Chimney's clogged.
Don't have all your dogs on one leash.
Don't know much but lead the league in nostril hair.
Forgot to pay your brain bill.
Your sewing machine's out of thread.
Your antenna doesn't pick up all the channels.
Your belt doesn't go through all the loops.
If you had another brain, it would be lonely.
Missing a few buttons on your remote control.
No grain in the silo.
Proof that evolution CAN go in reverse.
Receiver is off the hook.
Several nuts short of a full pouch.
Skylight leaks a little.
Slinky's kinked.
Surfing in Nebraska.
Too much yardage between the goal posts.
In the pinball game of life, your flippers were a little further apart than most.
Absolute comedy gold!
I've never seen it put so eloquently :D
I may just make a TShirt outta this ^_^
I'm sending that to my local MP!

I already know who he was responding to - but quick say what your guess is before anyone tells ya!

My best guess would be Shraepdoe (SP?)
Re: You voted no to the Civil Unions Bill…
Thankyou for taking an interest in your electorate. Your message has been noted.
Wonder what happens now...

Zepp took it just fine. If that is the only rejoinder he has to a post of mine.... I think I made my point far better than he did!
:D
I've said it before and I'll say it again: Isn't he the funniest Grandpa ever?? :)

Hell, I thought it was funny. Didn't do anything to refute the post, but it sure made me smile.

Zepp, did I ever thank you for the wonderful addition you made to my letter over the weekend? My teacher loved it and she can't seem to get enough of it. I did have to make a few changes, but 90% of your words are still there.
Class loved it, teacher loved it, and I'm expecting a response from a couple of 8th graders whom I hopefully get thinking.

You have no idea how many times some of those same thoughts came to me when reading one of your posts. Sometimes I just don't understand how you can be so obtuse!! But, being a lady....uh huh.

YEah, I had to step away for a bit and found the page of complaints. I'd have stepped to your defence on the matter if your last post on the subject hadn't justified it by simply complaining that I'm "anti-american".
Frankly, I thought you were one who could differentiate between anti-american and anti-Bush, because there IS a difference.

Glad she liked it. I hope that you shamelessly took full credit for it to boost your mark in the class.

You betcha, I didn't have the heart to tell my poor teacher. She actually phoned her mother (the Catholic teacher) to read to her the letter.

I realize that, but sometimes it appears to me that you cross the rather thin line between the two. Sorry if I misjudge you. :(

Very entertaining! Good show! However, I'd like to clarify one point:
Proof that evolution CAN go in reverse.
This is a common misconeption. There's a lot of Enlightenment bullshit about the inevitibility of progress and all that, be evolution is nothing like that. It can not progress or regress. Life can only change, as improvement is only in how well the self-replicator can survive. If intelligence lost it's advantage, then it would decline in humans. (Don't get into intraspecies competition, please. I know all about it, but am just trying to make a point.)

Yes, I just wanted to make sure of that. Because I've had people say to me about the inevitibility of progress and how it seems impossible that anything could ever regress, and it pisses me off to no end. I know it was a joke, I just needed to assert that.
