May I request a removal? I do not feel I am worthy enough to be on this list, and therefore wish to be removed out of properness of the voting. I am sure my running partner Equus is more deserving than I, and therefore, I would like forfeit my votes to her.

Sorry for my voters, I really do appreciate the support. However, who are we trying to kid? Depression and kindness are not synonymous. Sure, I give a damn about everyone more then myself, but right now, this really is not what I need.

I would like to be removed from the running please. Thank you; and again, thank you voters for the moral support. It gave me a smile.

DFD, I'm sorry to hear you've withdrawn yourself from the running. I haven't been around often enough to see your posts, but I think it's pretty clear that most people think very highly of you.

I don't mean to pry or pass judgement - I know what it's like to suffer from depression - I just hope someday you'll be able to care about yourself as much as you obviously care about others.

That's awesome... sounds like me and piano-- but I want to take up drums now...

I had to take piano lessons when I was younger up until I was 12 or so. I started playing the drums when my oldest brother got a drumset and never played it, so I took lessons and started playing his drumset instead :). I played oboe and flute in HS in concert band, and quads/snare in marching band (until soph. year).

14 original votes plus 9 second round votes = 23

I haven't a clue what happened. But its 5:00 am in Israel (where Sanctaphrax is) so he will have to take care of it tomorrow.

If you did have 15 original votes, he could have accidentally reposted that, and then I would have messed up and you should have 24. :)

We just have to either accept what we have, or follow the East Europe example, and hold a new election.

Personally - having looked at peoples comments on the voting... I'd not let it keep me awake.... people seem to be voting for who they think is prettiest/cutest/sexiest/who-they-know-better... and openly admitting it... so this poll is a long way divorced form being about the "Nicest Female" already.
