So one time, I was at a poolhall and the place was packed and you had to put your name on the list to get a table. When I returned the rack of balls, the hostess looked down the list to see who would get my table. Over the PA, she calls out: "Spartacus, your table is ready. Spartacus."
"I am Spartacus," I says. And this little bald guy in a leather jacket rolls up to the counter and goes, "Yo, I'm Spartacus."

I wasn't on a NationStates channel, it was some channel someone had set up that a friend wanted me to meet people on. But right after I got there, almost everybody had to leave, including the channel ops, and they just opped a random person, which happened to be me.
