Since Mother Teresa died I havn't really heard anyone described in that way. I don't mean saint as in the god-loving kind but as in the helpful and great person kind.

So, does anyone alive deserve the tital of Living Saint?

Hmm, not really. Unless of course you have dubious ones. Nelson Mandela would be the closest thing to a kindred spirit still living, but he's still no saint. I think Mother Teresa was a one of a kind.

Possibly a few in the Red Cross and/or the Peace Corps.
