first of all this topic belongs on the technical forum, since it is general help. A UN is chosen by another UN member in the region endorsing another UN delegate in the region. Whichever UN member in the region has the most endorsements, that nation will become that regions UN delegate.

Shoots green glop that hurts if you get hit or step in it. Its not the best weapon ever. It basically looks just like the smiley. :gundge:
