It's one thing to be lonely and complain about it.

It's utterly ridiculous to complain about your ex-girlfriend having a boyfriend more than a year after you broke up with her.

it sucks having to complain about being lonely when you have a girlfriend -_-, which reminds me I'm going to go off on her soon enough >_>.

I'm going out tonight and there are no after midnight busses on wednesdays, meaning if I want to come home at 3am I have to shell out for a taxi.


My life is so hard.

My fiancee is Catholic, and Lent starts tomorrow. Like a swell guy, I gave up something to show support. Like an idiot, I gave up fast food.

At least I didn't give up soda, liek she did. I would sooner swallow battery acid.

I would sooner swallow battery acid.If I was in your situation I would have spent a couple of months before Lent making it seem like you really really liked something (say, milkshakes). Then, when Lent comes around, you give up milkshakes, which seems significant, but really isn't. You're being supportive without losing anything. Win-win situation.

I just found out today that there's a very very very good chance my boyfriend is going to lose his job and we might have to move. Gee, and here I was thinking about grad school and now I don't even know if I'm going to be able to go to school Spring Quarter (probably not). And, until we find out where we're moving I can't apply to a school to transfer. We will know in two to four weeks about his job and it will take longer to find out about a new one.

The universe has a sick sense of humor.

It sucks being broken. It sucks even more when the person who broke you is your best friend. It sucks getting your knee busted, and it sucks being out the last season you had a chance to play with a team you love. It sucks when your ex-girlfriend, who was always your friend, stops talking to you because she found someone new, and apparently she only kept talking to you in the first place because she was still hung up on you.

Student loan? Pell grant? No solution?

Well, here's the funny thing... I can't start Spring Quarter because we will be moving during Spring Quarter. FAFSA will pay for everything because I'm an independant and broke starting next Fall, but I don't know which school to apply to transfer to because all this just came down from the top today. He WILL have another job because he works for a government contracting company, but there aren't any jobs for him around here, so they have to figure out where to put him next. Everything will happen fast, it will just be a matter of waiting two to four weeks to have a sense of what will happen.

I know a lot of schools would take me (I have a 3.9 overall and a 4.00 in my major), I just don't want to miss a deadline for Fall and it will suck missing a quarter, which throws my whole GRE/grad school thing off for who knows how long because I don't know what will and will not transfer.
