Boy 4, drives car to video store (http://www.thestar.com/NASApp/cs/ContentServer?pagename=thestar/Layout/Article_Type1&c=Article&cid=1107776106488&call_pageid=968332188492&col=968705899037&DPL=IvsNDS%2f7ChAX&tacodalogin=yes)

I thought it was a joke when I saw the title, but it's true. It's trhe weirdest thing I've read in a long time. At least no one was hurt...

Over here drunken 13 year olds drive cars, get caught by the police, probably don't recieve a fine or anything, and go out and do it again.
I think that the West Yorkshire Police Force is incompetant, Crime is winning say PCs (http://www.thesun.co.uk/article/0,,2-2005060448,00.html).
Although I don't think things like that compare to 4 year olds driving cars in the middle of the night.

Ok...that's completely off-topic, and furthermore, your source is the The Sun...which is a tabloid. Posts like this digust me.

ANYWAY - cool. That 4 year-old is one smart kid, but his mom is pretty stupid for not knowing he was up, showing him how to drive a car, and giving him access to keys.

A 15 year old at our school stole a senior's car and crashed it, killing kimself. I have no sympathy for him since there is no one to blame but himself, but I do feel sorry for his family.

Yeah, I mean, if the mom was asleep, she has no control if the kid gets up and does something. Yes, she is responsible for her little boy, but, if she's asleep and the kid gets up and quietly sneaks out, she is powerless.

You guys should see some of the Indian Reservations in the US. Anyone can drive a car, anyone. I've seen 8 year olds drive cars, and its no big deal.

Crazy Americans...

Yeah, but it's on a reservation. This was on the city streets!
