Ok, im looking to outfit my troops with state-of-the-art weaponry, and I have a gun in mind, but i dont remeber the name or who makes it! The cast of Stargate sg1 uses it a lot. please help!

You'll have no problem, mate. Just watch out for crack teams of Navy Seals led by Steven Seagal.

Anyway the Stargate people picked the gun because "it looks cool" & I have to agree the engineering on it is nice but it's not a very good line-of-battle weapon.

It's mostly given to back of the line troops and vehicle drivers. Basically anyone that cant handle a real assault rifle, lacks training, is an actor on a TV show that cant handle recoil etc.

The organizations that are really excited by them are SWAT teams because the rounds don’t penetrate walls. So police officers have a fast firing weapon that won’t the kill neighbors on accident.

try the pehnix armies they have a great webpage, and they make a lot of wepon storefronts just search the page for many threads.

The P-90 sucks, outfit them with the MP-7. More deadly and smaller too.

that's an m249 squad automatic weapon that's apperantly been modified to use box magazines. I don't know why someone would want to use a box with a machinegun, especially one that's not really quite accurate enought o be used in a assault rifle position. ok, it hasn't been modifies, and i think that's an m16 a2 mag.
