I was watching a C4 programme on the Da Vinci Code and it got me thinking of how much fun conspiracy theories can be. Therefore I invented my own:

"Dan Brown is a ficticious author created by the French tourism board to woo back to France any American tourists who had been put off visiting by American anti-French propoganda"!

It makes so much sense it 'must' be true!

Anyone like this, or invented their own?

There is no conspiracy

French conspirator #1: I wonder what would happen if George W Bush decided to promote a war against Iraq.

French conspirator #2: How would he do that?

French conspirator #1: I don't know. Maybe by saying that Iraq is building weapons of mass destruction or something.

French conspirator #3: But wouldn't Saddam Hussein just let the UN weapon inspectors into Iraq to prove Bush wrong?

F c #1: Yeah, but Bush might invade anyway and insist that the weapon inspections didn't really happen.

F c #2: But there's no way the UN would take George W Bush's word over the word of hundreds of people working in UNMOVIC and the intelligence agencies!

F c #1: I bet the American people would.

F c #2: Heh heh, I don't think Americans are that stupid.

F c #3: Besides, France would just use its veto power on the UN security council to prevent Bush's war from being backed by the UN.

F c #1: If we did that, Bush would just keep saying that France hates freedom and supports terrorists.

F c #3: Ironic coming from the country that has supported numerous brutal dictators in Latin America over the decades.

F c #1: Yeah, but the Americans might still go along with all the anti-France stuff and stop buying our wine.

F c #3: And stop buying french fries even though they don't have anything to do with France.

F c #2: For today's Air Force One breakfast, we will be serving stuffed victory toast.

F c #1 and #3: Heh heh heh.

F c #2: And french fries become liberty fries and french kisses become democracy kisses. Actually, that could hurt our tourism industry if Americans end up hating France.

F c #3: Just in case all that stuff happens, we should write a book about Catholic conspiracies and have it take place in France. If enough Americans think the conspiracies are for real, they'll come visit France even if they hate us.

Ooh, dude, I'm so paranoid! I got a lot of conspiracy theories!
CT #001: I will get throat problems every time I participate in a play, musical, or any like public performance. (Brought upon me by: the higher powers)
CT #002: School is for programming young children to be as boring as humanly possible when they "grow up". It also lowers your intelligence drastically in order to keep your imaginations in check so that you will not have the creativity to see the true reason you are in school.
CT #003: We are all just robot replacements of ourselves.
CT #004: All celebrities are just alien replacements of themseleves.
CT #005: Hilary Duff and other untalented pop artists use sublimial messaging to increase their popularity, but, luckily, some individuals are immune to these tactics and realize that these so-called "artists" have no talent whatsoever.

There are more, but if I go on, I'll probably never stop. :D
