I've considered many possibilities. The evidence available to me at the present leads me to beleive that there is no god, no angels, no life after death.

Yes, it has many slaves and many of them post here. It doesn't have a physical appearance and it's hard for people to communicate with it. It can be contacted via special terminals called "computers" and it offers many services for the ones who worship it. But it also has it's dark side.

Yes there is a g-d, I can't describe him to have a physical appearance.

1. none. I personally consider myself an agnostic, but after all agnosticism is just a philosophy, not a religion.

2. & 3. Yes. Anybody can be a highly evolved being given the chance. (Of course, that depends on whether the person wants to be one or not.)

6. & 7. Yes. Although my definition is a bit different from the official ones: "heaven" is much like "enlightenment", while "hell" is the feeling of self-consciousness and misery after one commits something bad.

8. There is a God, and he/she/it is omnipresent, omniscient & omnibenevolent, but NOT all-powerful. Besides, how do you know God is a "He" if you do not know "His" physical appearance?

Universalist w/ Christian Emphasis (Self concluded religion... I won't explain as you didn't ask me to.)

I am unsure.

Yes, in a manner. I believe each entity has its own soul, yet a body may contain more than one entity, as souls linger or have "unfinished business."

God = Universe (IMO), a physical presense would be anything that exists. All matter, all energy. The "random" events are continuous and changing acts of "God."

If you meant "angels"... Yes, in sci-fi & fantasy books. :D

1. I am a non-denominational Christian.

2. Jesus was/is God in human form.

3. As a Christian I do not believe that Budda himself was any type of deity.

4. There are angels and demons, both created before mortal life. Demons are angels that were cast from Heaven when they rebelled against God under Lucifer's command.

5. I believe that there is one life to live. Therefore, the good are rewarded and those who are truly evil get no second chances at life. However, some people are born into circumstances beyond their control, which predispose them to a life considered 'evil' by society, and I do believe that God takes this into consideration.

6 and 7. Absolutely. However, I am not damnation-happy like a lot of people. I don't believe that just because someone is a Muslim or Hindu, they are going to Hell. Statistically in the world, few people are born into Judea-Christian homes. Some people are even born into atheist homes. I believe that God will not hold that against someone in their final judgment if they don't end up being Judea-Christian. As long as you live a good life and you have not been given a fair chance (by that I mean born into such a home or the like; someone raised Muslim and being told about Christianity is not a fair chance by any measure, for example) to believe and take God's true word, I believe that you may be saved.

8. Of course. However, I am not sure if he a corporal or incorporal spirit. The Bible says that God created man in his own image, but also that the face of God is so sacred that it can be seen or known by no mortal. I, nor any of us, have no idea what he truly looks like.

9. I question my beliefs constantly, and although I've changed minor points, this self-attack on my own belief structure has only strengthened my overall faith in the one true God and Jesus Christ.

Too many questions to get a proper answer so let's just begin with "Is there a God"

Well some have stated that in order for God to exist Without emperical evidence (I assume for purposes of this discussion that there is no emperical evidence for Deity) God must be 1. Self-evident 2. evident to the senses and 3. incorrigable. If it is not these three things then it is not what is called a basic belief and must be verified with evidence. Similar is the verification of meaning theory which runs into the same problem; none of these statements are 1. self-evident 2. evident to the senses or 3. incorrigible. Therefore the evidentialist argument is self-referentially incoherent and therefore wrong. So it would appear that the realm of basic beliefs is broader than the evidentialist would have us believe. I have no substitute criteria, however that does not mean I cannot make meaningful statements about basic beliefs. It would seem that only my inductive experience could guide me to do that. I have only scratched the surface of this issue. For further reading check out Plantinga. And Goetz makes an interesting argument against it.

Although I am leaning towards athiest, I feel I must contrbute to the debate about God's existence. If you have read Nietzsche (sorry if I spelt that wrong, my spellin is appaling). He once said that the evidence for God was the human thumb. So intricate is each individual design, someone must have designed it - that designer being God. Issac Newton used a similar arguement, using a pocket watch as his example, but both made the same point

There is a God, but as God is not definable as something you put in a box, I'd say he can take a physical appearence, and make it anything he darned well pleases, but his true form is less tangible to the mortal mind.

I don't debate the existence of God. You either believe or you don't. That's what faith is...you don't have to have some things proven if you have it, and if you don't have it, you'll never believe, even if it's proven a thousand times.

There seems to be some general principle of order in the universe, but to call this order "God" seems to be unduly anthropomorphizing it.

I used to believe in God when I was much younger as my parents are Christian and they made me go to church. Heavenly Father is the Father of all us spirits. Jesus is the oldest/elder son of the Father. The Holy Spirit as I believe personally is every spirit that ever made it to Heaven. This is why the Holy Ghost can be everywhere because there is more than one person involved. Each Group gets one vote in the council: Holy Spirit gets one collecvtive vote as does Jesus and Heavenly Father.
Now I'll assume you mean the Father: He has a beard, brownish hair, I'm not certain about eyes but I believe the same as his oldest son Jesus.

So really only the answer to number 9 actually means anything right? I mean No matter what I say to 1-8, number 9 is that great "Are you really sure?" question. So if I say no, I am really sure tyhat I'm right, then I guess that makes me hypocritical, close-minded, arrogant, and probably religious. However If I say yes, I think I'm wrong, then I just shot down everything I said in 1-8. If I say yes that might as well be all I say.

Of course I could always get creative and answer something like,

"Well I had my doubts but I'm pretty sure I got it right," which is just like saying no, only in a less arrogant fashion.

Or maybe "I doubt everything, becasue I am the intelligent skeptic", which is just like saying yes, so that might as well be all I say.
