Are minors banned from masturbation?

Or shouldn't they know that something like this exists?

I'd rather protect them from all those wars going on in other fora, than from playing with their own body.

I found it just strange, that "minors visit this forum" and can (virtually) kill anyone in their path all day long (see forum International Incidents) but if someone talks about nice and beautiful things, the forum is locked.

Remember every time that you shake a guy's hand that if it's their dominant hand, they probably have masturbated with it within the last week. And that the have probably touched their balls without washing their hands within the last 24 hours.
