Saw him live in Portland, ME, with Steven Lynch. Guy is amazing. There was a dude in the audience who was obviously drunk, and kept on shouting that he wanted Steven Lynch back on stage while Mitch was on. Mitch had the kid come up onstage and was chatting with him. After a few minutes of chatting, Mitch says, "Hey, if you wanna meet Steven Lynch, just go up those stairs. He's back there." The kid runs up the stairs, and after the door closes, Mitch goes, "That motherfucker just went outside."

I saw him way back doing a pissy little comedy competition in Sacramento that you could see for $2 if you wrote a radio stations name on something. He hadn't developed his cadence yet, but he was still funny.
Next time I saw him was his thing on Comedy Central and I laughed my ass off. I've blown a few chances to see him live since and that sucks.

I was giving one of my friends a comedy CD and two weeks later she tells me that BOTH were in chicago TOGETHER! I love comedy myself, 20 albums and counting, but hey.....did Lynch play superhero? Best Friend Song? Special ED? and did mitch talk about koalas? Please! You are one luck mf'er....with good taste.

I saw him on Comedy Central and thought he was hilarious, but apparently he recently performed in my hometown and sucked. Apparently his openign act was his wife, and a heckler got on her case, and it threw off his performance for the rest of the night.
