Genghis Khan is an odd figure, and almost certainly does not belong in this list. He is still revered in Mongolia today for creating their great empire. His methods were, shall we say, brutal, but they were always fair and weren't simply mindless slaughter.

This thread brings up some interesting questions. For example, there was a thread in which the Christianity (or lack thereof) of Hitler was being debated. The point being that you can say you're Christian, and still do horrible things.

As for the anti-Christ, I wouldn't go that far with Hitler OR Stalin, I think the anti-Christ would be even worse. Unless that one theory I read is correct, in which there was an anti-Christ for each generation. (Hitler being one, as well as Nero, Napoleon, and Caligula, not in that order of course.)

But I'm bringing Theology into it.

I would have to say that Bush is far better than Hitler. I personally like Bush, I think he's a decent guy. (Note that good people do not necessarily make good leaders.)

Anyway, I think that he's doing a fine job at what he thinks is best for the world.

And I'm sure if Kerry were elected, he would also be doing what he thought was best for the country.

(Of course, Hitler was doing what he thought was best for the race, but in a much more violent way.)

Agreed, unfortunaly you dont have the authority to make that call. The sooner one discovers that both sides have some merit and follow different ideas of logic, the sooner you realize neither side is wrong. Its all perception.
