Has anyone else seen this film? If so, what do you think of it? I thought it was a very good film, yet I can't remember what happened to the teacher in the real thing. (Its based on a real story).

Great movie.

Especially at the end where the students are all screaming for their international leader.

*curtains open*

*dead silence*

Yeah, I just tried looking for reviews, or a plot description over the net, couldn't find anything. Anyone care to help me out?

Just a plot description to post here for the benefit of all the lovely NSers. Seeing as we're a bit short on them at the moment though, just for all the NSers:p

The basic story (from memory). It's really short, but it's the basics.

A teacher introduces a new order in the class. Very strict. All the students suffer if one slips up. The students pick it up, and most even like it. The students who resist are being bullied and even beaten up.

Then the teacher announces a national gathering. The school experiment had been set up in many schools. At the gathering the international leader would also make an appearance.

The students are very excited, but the "man" doesn't show up. They get angry and a teacher steps up: "Do you want to see your leader?" "YES"

*a curtain falls and reveals a huge picture of Adolf Hitler*

1) It's based on a short book.

2) It's taught in schools, so it's big enough to find something on the net about

3) Remind you of any groups lately?

2) Thanks, my self esteem just dropped again.

3) Uuh, the nazis? That was kinda the point of the film!
