I want to design a decent enough map for my nation. Does anyone know of any programs made for such a purpose or graphics programs besides Paint or PSP8 that would work well. I'm not looking to do anything real fancy, just something a little more complicated than what can be done with above programs.

I have a program called campaign cartographer 2. It's a handy program and you can buy it online for like 20$.
