I V Stalin

Yes, I know this is a day late, and I'm sorry.
To those of you who don't know who Richey Edwards is, or why I'm asking this question - Edwards was a member of the Manic Street Preachers, writing most of the more powerful lyrics that they've done. He disappeared on the 1st February 1995, and his car was found at a motorway service station near the Severn Bridge just over 2 weeks later. Before his disappearance he was known to have been suffering from alcoholism and anorexia, and he had a history of self-harm (try doing a google image search on him). His body has never been found, leading to a lot of speculation over whether or not he is still alive.
Personally, I think he most likely is dead, although I would like to be proved wrong.
