MJ is a good guy that just wants to help kids have a good happy childhood rather than one like he had lived or never got to live rather.

That, or he is an eccentric pervert that can do whatever he wants because he has so much money.

Either could be the case.

It seems very likely that the parents (who should never have let their kid go spend the night at an adults house) could have coached their kids into saying MJ did stuff to them to get money out of him. IT has been proven before that this can easily be done, and parents especially have a strong ability to tell their own kids what to say.

It also seems plausible that MJ was a pervert.

Without concrete proof I say he shouldnt be found guilty.

I thought I heard about kids that have stayed with him that are vouching for him saying he never tried anythign with them.

Those who call him a pervert and say he is guilty without any evidence, I really wonder why you are so quick to judge?

Having not seen the evidence of the case, only the media broadcasts, I have no idea. I hope the crazy broad's innocent, but I don't have enough info to form an opinion.

I can't say for sure since I don't have any facts on either side.
But I wouldn't be suprised if he's innocent but gets convicted anyway.
He's damn wierd, looks scary as shit and people envy him for his money, maybe he gave the kid booze but raped him, I somehow doubt that(although, like I said, I have no proof).

Plus settling is not proof of guilt and like a guy earlier said... we should see him as innocent until PROVEN guilty.

If I were accused of such a horrible crime I wouldn't settle out of court. I would fight it and try to clear my name. The fact that he did settle in the first case makes me suspicious. I agree that he should be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, but in the court of public opinion anything goes.

You've got to wonder about the parents accepting the settlement. Surely if your kid had been molested you would want the molester to be found guilty so that they could not re-offend. This whole thing is very suspicious, I can only conclude that he is guilty and that the parents are money grabbing asshats.*

I agree with this.. i honestly think that this woman is simply out to get money.. there have been multiple reports made about how she has tricked people into giving her money for her sons Chemo when at the same time no money ever went into it as he was attentind St. Jude's if i not mistaken. St. Judes is a hospital free of charge.. so you tell me.. is this woman out for money.. and using michael to get it because of the previous trial.. or... is it truth.. just because he is a strange man doesnt mean he is a sicko... look at Bill Gates for more proof on this
