That's funny. That's qhat you get for having a constitution. We just go by the system of if it is not explicitly illegal then it is legal. Same goes for freedoms. They haven't outlawed them, so we have them.

Actually, the US constitution says just that too. Everything that isn't expressly illegal is legal. Its just that our panic-ridden culture seems to have forgotten what it means to be free.
I really must say I can't wait for the backlash to this period; a little freedom and tolerance would be nice for a change.
