Heaven is supposed to be a paradise, right?

What if some guy, a Christian guy, lives a life relatively free of sin, yadda yadda yadda, goes to Heaven. But say, for example, that he gets enjoyment by triumphing over evil. Like, he feels all warm and fuzzy inside when he stops a thief from commiting a crime, or some such thing. But there would be no thieves in heaven, so would he not be unsatisfied? Would Heaven, then, not be an eternal paradise? What about boredom? What about monotony? Those are all bad things, so by rights they shouldn't be allowed in Heaven. But one must be bored, if one is forced to do nothing but enjoyable things. If you liked video games, and had an opportunity to play them all the time, would you? No, you would eventually stop, and you would likely stop because you got bored. So...it would be the same in Heaven, right?

Ahh, but if a heroin addict had the opportunity to be shot up with it all the time, would he?

Good point, but heroin addiction is a biological addiction, not a mental one.

Touché. However, the psyche is inextricably linked to the body, but there is still the point of physiology compared to psychology to consider. Meh, either way the Abrahamic heaven isn't where I want to go.

Depends on how you interpret certain passages of The Bible.

Your assuming that we all do not have at least one thing that we never bore of.... I have many things I never become nor ever will or have became bored from doing. They all are very different things, But they all involve me being myself and loving the one that made it all possible by appreciating the time. Something we all seem to forget but hopefully remember at one point in time.
