This highly detailed church was made entirely of leggo blocks as a tribute to the owner's deceased cat! :)

Well, they were the funnest toys before video games. You should see "Lego Land" in Denmark.

You should see legoland california (the original) They have complete lego replicas of
Paris, france
Los Angeles
The Pyramids at Giza
and a whole bunch of other crazily intricate land marks and generally famous things.
its pretty cool. I thought about working there once but the most complex lego creation I ever made was a one floor mansion made of mismatched and oddly collored bricks (sounds about a thousand times more impressive than it actually was)

Legos are a Danish invention. Lego Land in Denmark is the original Legoland - it opened in 1968.

When I was young I never even had enough Lego to make a consistantly coloured spaceship, let alone a churech :(

Anyone out there with lots and lots of unused lego, please send to Brazil. My son and I are in desperate need of more lego. (Not quite the same emotional appeal as the tsunami, but worth a try) :p
