Back in the day, there was apparantly this Sega CD game called Eternal Champions. Not too unusual, but here's the clincher: It featured a hidden character called The Senator. Among his special moves: "Vote" pin stabbing, wrapping opponents in red tape, deflecting attacks by pointing angrily at them from a podium, and a move that flips opponents upside down for the purpose of stealing their money.

This is not a joke.
