For years large companies have been run by old, fat, conservative, white people. These companies have often been mismanaged. But the folks at Betty Crocker devised a brilliant business plan. Let children run a company. The company put an entire legion of children in change of the Fruit Roll-Ups Factory. And so far things seem to be going good for them. Other companies should adopt this business plan.
