Its reasons like when I hear people saying "Terrorists hate our freedom! They are out to kill freedom! That is why 9/11 happened!"

No, if they hated freedom why wouldnt they attack Sweden, an obviously free country much closer and with a much smaller army. They hate us for one reason. Infringment on their "holy land" And is it really so holy? Its just a desert, why do they want it? But thats not the point. The Saudi govt. invited us to help keep order there, we set up military bases on their holy land which pissed them off, they in return killed thousands of our people, seems fair right? A tent structure that their govt. invited us to do to help them for killing thousands and hurting our econemy?.

But were not argueing about why they were wrong, this is about the ignorance of the American people (at least, 51% of them)

The American Revolutionaries did not kill innocent civilians like that. It is one thing to rise up and attack miliatary and government targets. Terrorism is what it is called when you go into a busy city street and blow up a car.

I hope English isn't your first language but you are right. Apparently we're evil because Saudi Arabia asked US for help. Why would they go after Saudi Arabia who invited us there? By the way, isn't it odd to see the Muslim countries donate so much to Indonesia for relief effort and see the United States be told to go home? Irony is a funny thing...

Also keep in mind that the fanatics think that if the entire world isn't Islamic then they have a quest. We are the infidels, who wear jeans and let our women walk down the street without escorts. But also keep in mind that because they believe this is the will of Allah then they cannot be bargained with and they cannot be shaken into fear. They're an unstoppable force, unfortunately.

Oh, they do indeed hate freedom, but that's not why they attacked the US. That was just reaping what had been sown.

I thought Sweden had compulsary military, and so ever military aged person owns a gun at home. Maybe they are just scared to go after a small nation that has a higher percentage of armed civillians then America has.

Though I would theorize that its because we are a nation that supports Israel, are capitalists, and have taken military actions against terrorists that they consider "fighters for Allah" They use the mask of holy war to attack us, and its rather obvious that they aren't too popular even amongst their own people, or the governments would back them.

Terrorists have limited sight on things, and when they have a target, they have a cause. Hitler had the jews, and he put out all the propaganda against them, saying that all their suffurage is due to the jews.

Now, the suffurage is due to the Americans and the Jews and anyone else that speaks against Islam, for if they speak against this, they are fighting Allah.
