Only if you can convince the State Department to designate your home as a foreign embassy. You would, by the way, lose your citizenship privilidges in the process. You also risk having said home/embassy invaded in the War on Terror.

Not American taxpayers, no. So, this depends upon how much you collect in taxes from the citizens of your NS nation (which, for all NationStates players, amounts to diddly-squat). :p
Since Nevada is the only State in the Union to legalize prostitution, this would require your home/embassy to be located in Nevada.
