Boris Johnson proposed.
Ex- Shadow Arts Minister (British Conservative Party) Editior of the spectator magasine and the hero of a football chant. (there only one boris johnson) after he refused to apploagise for printing about the victim culture in Liverpool. They didn't help there case by te major demanding a public aplopgy. MP for Henly on Thames. Degree in classical history.
This guy knows his stuff, president of the world he will one day be. If only insulting scowsers his only part trick.
