Hmm. Got me thinking. What strategies might he had used if he was a Mage of higher level?

If he was a level 20 mage, he could have fried those policemen no problem. Cast time-stop. Then run a bit of distance and cast chain-lightning.

Bugger, he should have just summoned his sprite and maybe a fire-elemental. Muahahahah. That would be fun to watch.

The guy in the armor is commedian Patton Oswalt. He made another appearance in the show as the same character. That time the two black cops responded to a disturbance at his house and he got maced for saying "that's why I don't allow any of the characters in my game to be nubians."

Actually he doesn't set the cops up. He's just a goofy guy and the local sherif's department is full of weird characters. For instance,
Lt. Dangle is a closeted gay cop who always wears skin-tight short shorts

Deputy Williams is an overweight black lady who likes to mace people with little provocation

Deputy Weigel is a strange looking woman with serious mental issues

Junior, the guy with the sunglasses in the video, is a simpleminded semi-redneck

Deputy Jones is a big black guy who is often hit on by Dangle despite the fact that he's straight

Deputy Johnson is the town slut.

Deputy Garcia is a racist, who abuses his authority to play jokes on Jehova's witnesses, and sometimes beats people.

IIRC it was the non-humans that could have split classes, while the humans had the option of dual-classing. Its all a bit vague to me too.

Secondly, I liked the one where Oswalt was telling Deputy Williams what he was immune to. It went something like:

"I am immune to swords, fire, blunt weapons..."
*gets sprayed with mace*
"What about mace? Are you immune to mace?"

Truly the greaest show on Comedy Central.
I don't know about that. Oswald comes off as a damn genius on there, but sometimes show's pretty lame. It depends. They actually improvise every scene. The actors are given a situation to start with and they just make everything up as they go. They re-take until it's funny.

Yeah your right. He's probably a warrior or Paladin. Especially he knows magic arrow enchantment. Although that isn't common for a Paladin. But Paladin can read magic scrolls. And I guess he levelled up his demon banishing and Blessing spells rather than healing spells. Hahah. Dumb fool.

Thats the problem. I think police are *Lawful Good*. Which would give him a hard time fighting against them, because Paladins MUST be Lawful Good. So he probably thought that running was the best option rather than getting in trouble with the authorities.

That would make sense why he didn't sheath his sword and attempt to slay the police with his sword of justice.
