I belive that there is no funnier animal than a monkey. One of my friends disagrees with me but im set on the idea that they are. I base my opinion not only looks but behavior as well. Does anyone think that there is a funnier animal than a monkey. Cus if you can think of one tell me.

I think monkeys are very funny, mostly because they are just enough like humans for it to be wierd.
My family had a pet spider-monkey for a time when I was little, he used to go get bananas from on top of the fridge for me, he stole other fruit as well and always shared his take with me, very nicely, he'd peel things neatly and never bit anything until he gave me my share. I was about 21/2 when we had him and I remember him. He was all black and fuzzy.
My mum did not like him as he tormented the cats. She had a number of cats and breaking up cat vs monkey disputes got old very fast.
I think kangaroos are even funnier than monkeys though.
Once in the San Francisco zoo,the kids and I heard this noise roughly like someone shaking a giant box of basketballs. The kids and I followed the noise to find a largish concrete building, in which were confined some 25 young kangaroos, probably they were collected there for mdeical examination. Anyway they were bored or something so they were simply hopping up and down around the room on the concrete floor, producing that odd noise.
My kids and I laughed ourselves sick.

I disagree that monkeys are the funniest animals ever, most evil certainly. Perhaps it's just the Hollywood portrayal of monkeys, but think of all the evil monkeys you've seen on TV or on the big screen. Penguins on the other hand are hilarious.

I don't know. NSers are pretty funny. :p

I'll agree with an earlier poster. Penguins are hilarious.

People are generally lots funnier than monkeys. Besides, you can watch them anytime you choose without having to make a trip to the nearest zoo! :D

had two cute little kittens, they used to stalk each other around the room, hide behind furniture and pounce on each other too...what really made it tho was the funny little growling noises they used to make! too high pitched to be even taken seriously :fluffle:

I still think that monkies are the funniest animal ever but i do agree with some about Bush being like a monkey. :D
