How much cheese would you have to eat to feel any effects? I can't imagine that cheese can be addictive. Casein is an ingredient in some protein supplements. There's much more Casein in a protein bar than in a serving of cheese. If casein is addictive then people would have a constant craving for protein supplements.

if only they'd known this back in the world wars. Instead of using morphine on wounded soldiers, they could just gram their gullets with mozzarella!
