What's the wierdest thing you ever thought?

What's the wierdest thing you've ever thought or dreamt? I once thought I saw my room sort of metamorphacize into this sort of large, biomechanical (Look up H.R. Giger (http://www.giger.com/) for reference [I'm not responsible for offensive content].) I blinked my eyes a few times and it went away.

...And I swear, I wasn't smoking anything funny.

So, what's the wierdest thing that you either think you saw, thought, or dreamt?

Since I'm bipolar and sometimes hallucinate when in a depressive psychosis, I've seen pretty weird.

That there was some sort of non-physical manifestation riding in the car with me (i.e. gost, spirit, etc). Granted, it led to an interesting possibility for a story I'm working on that I'll get around to finishing one of these days...

I've often thought since that there is somthing wrong with me, but I once thought about what it's like to have sex with a minor. I slapped myself and cursed myself for even thinking about somthing ever since. I've felt guilty in myself for a while.

I once saw my drama-class room floor make waves, but I wasn't wearing my glasses and my eyes were acting up for being strained to see. And once I was sure that I can walk up the wall in my school and I seriously considered doing it, as to take a shortcut to class.

Here I deduct that my school makes me do and think funny things.

Yeah, but i've thought about going and blowing something up, but I haven't done that either. Thoughts aren't actions so why be guilty? You dismiss thoughts like that as wrong, so you're in the clear.

When I was a kid (way back in elementary school), I used to wonder whether everything - everybody - was all in my head - that the world wasn't real or actually tangible.

But then I became a philosophy major and realized that other people have posited that thought too, so I guess it's not so weird after all.

One night a group (about 8) of us were walking thru the woods at night having taken certian drugs, searching for a small stream we knew was around somewhere. After a while walking someone pointed out that we were right next to the stream, in fact some people had managed to walk thru the middle of it and jumped back onto the bank. We stood there for about five minutes looking at the stream and marvelling at how we'd managed to not notice we were right next to it then someone pointed out that it wasn't a stream, just another path crossing ours. That was really weird.

Weirdest thing i ever dreamt was that there was a Jurassic Park in Amersham (small town in England)
I always think there is tiny little worlds encased in inanamate objects like chairs and things, and always wonder if like all your shampoo and soap bottles talked to each other while you wernt there.

Sometimes I forget or just don't realize just how many ppl there really are in the world.

Indeed.

I try to make the most of the people I see .. when I walk down the street it's good to wonder what these people have been through. What has happened in their lives.

It's a nice little thought, the way people are different with different memories and lives .. nice work g-d.

Oh, and don't forget how big the earth is either .. another little quirk is the fact I like to think what is hidden underground or in the forrests that no-one will ever find, and their significance.

Ok .. so I get bored on my walk home .. it takes like 50minute ya'know !

One afternoon I was having a nap and was half-awake, half-asleep. I then heard ppl outside my bedroom window talking about me. I 'got' up and walked outside. I say 'got' up, as I could still feel myself lying on the bed and could still see the bedroom walls and ceiling. At the same time I could feel myself standing outside looking around.
Except I wasn't outside my house anymore. I was standing on top of a mountain looking down to a town hundreds of feet below. My house was behind me and I could see myself lying on my bed (and could also simultaneously feel myself on the bed looking at the ceiling). I looked down at the clouds and could see something flying up towards me. It was an old bi-plane which stopped in front of me and hung in mid-air for several minutes. Then it disappeared, along with everything I was standing on. I found myself floating up into space. I floated for what seemed a long time and travelled thousands of light years away from Earth until I got to a place where there were hundreds of Aliens looking at me and they telepathically spoke to me welcoming me back and telling me they had been waiting for me to return.

And no, I wasn't on drugs at the time. I find my dreams are usually vivid enough without any help.

Thanks for that stream of info Jibea, it was interesting to look at, most of that stuff has been mostly true for the last 8 or so years of my life, when the decisions made were beginning to be made by me, instead of family.
There have been many problems- as there are with everyobodys life- 'round the corner' and they have always resolved themselves over time. My personality is one that wants recognition, power, a chance and i am a secretive person about some dark little secrets i have- but then so are most ppl. At the end of the day- stuff like that can be related to by most ppl, which is why i don't truly belive there is anything special about being able to do it... hmm im goin off-topic, anywho work calls and thnx for the info!

i've had a dream that i was on a plane with donald duck, and were flying somewhere, and then the plane crashed in some jungle, and we were the only 2 people that lived... then he started yelling at me and beating me with his cane, telling me that i caused the plane to crash... i then ran away and saw some monkeys swinging from tree to tree, i turned around and found myself lost in the jungle... then i woke up. wierd eh?

I also thought about the universe being a living being that grows(expands) constantly, with every atome being a solar system, and every electron a planet. I also think we might all be such universes with every one of out atoms a solar system, and we die, it is the end of their world. and every time a being is born it is a new big bang for that universe... it's an interesting thought to entertain. I have ALOT of other theories, but i'm at work now, so maybe later.

I once dreamt that I was looking through a window into a garden where the colours were very different from what I normally see.
Also I dreamt that I fell and died. Then I got up turned around looked at my body and at the people that were standing around it. I was thinking 'Whats all the fuss about, I've only died!'
A weird feeling I sometimes get is that I can see tiny pinprick holes in this world and that there is something beyond.

I have a recurring notion about dreams. I think sometimes that we are living only in principle and that our dreams are not so much manifestations of things we sub-conciously beleive in, but windows into lives we live when we aren't consious in this present one. What if the little bits and pieces of things that we can recall from these "dreams" are fragments of another reality that weren't properly purged from our system when the lines of communication between these alternate realities become crossed and snarled and twisted among one another... That rather than any Freuadian theory, that our dreams have less to do with our current life than they do so much as our living several concurrent lives? That in this dream we have access to a myriad of other dreams that are in their own realities seperate lives occuring even as we live and breathe in this one - that those dreams are crossed perhaps with other peoples dreams, and that these are the people we connect with in our present state. That strange feeling that you have when you feel somehow that you know someone you have indeed never met before? I wont bore you with all of the details... maybe one day when I finish the story Im trying to write about this Ill understand it better myself. But its a thought I have often enough to post here. Strange hm?

But I did see a kid in high school call in a bomb threat to Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC, to you whipper-snappers).

He said he'd blow up the restaurant unless they stopped slaughtering all those poor, innocent chickens. He then ranted for a minute about poultry rights and said the bomb would go off in one hour unless his demands were met.

I remember I had a dream, where there was a pair of girls boobies beside a standing jello. And both of them were shaking in sync. Left right left right, up down up down.

I can't remember the rest of it.. I think I ate the jello.

It's not exactly weird. I was thinking about the Holy Spirit when I was working. Then all of a sudden I felt this rush in the back of my mind. It was like an explosion bigger than the universe for an instant. I felt naked, like I was only a spirit. I felt like I wasn't touching the ground, just resting on it. Time seemed to stop and slow down and I felt as if I was crossing into eternity. These strange words in another language entered my mind and it was musical with an unknown tune I haven't heard before. It sounded very ancient old and powerful and I felt like a speck of sand in the dust. It seemed that this explosion consumed me from the inside out. Then a customer interrupted me and it was gone.

I was once driving a car at night after eating an eighth ounce of really potent magic mushrooms and the road seemed to curve up and to the left in front of me as if I would drive into the sky, and in my rear view mirror I saw a shapeless glowing mist following me. Needless to say I parked the car as soon as I could.
