Well, I was just listening to NAiVE, when it hit me:
Why the hell am I listening to Russian hardcore? I can't understand a single word they are saying.
Oh well, if I still find thaem cool, I guess that means they're cooler or something.
Anyway, they're cool, and they're somewhere up on Epitonic.

For those who have a hard time picking out the lyrics in tunes, foreign languages rock.

Now we have a reason not to know what they're saying! :D

Oh yeah!

Then again, I'm usually the sort that tries to figure out what the fuck they're trying to say. Half the reason I originally started learning Icelandic was because I wanted to know what in the name of the Goddess Sigur Rós were saying!

You know they made up the words that they use in their songs, it's not really Icelandic :D

I listen to more russian music than i do english. It's awesome :p
It's really handy to listen to when you're actually learning the language, but it's good to just listen to, as well.

Ég skil ekki...
I'm fairly sure that Agætis Byrjun was in real Icelandic, judging by the translations...

Or are you joking?

On their latest album they made up a language. Before it was in Icelandic.

They made up a language?
That. Is. So. Cool!
I must buy their latest album, because that officially rocks.

I'll have to give it a looksie too. I started learning Icelandic, but i figured it was too hard, so I started on Russian instead.
Reykjavik is still on the top of my 'list of places to go to', though.

Yeah they made up a language for ' () ', 'Agaetis Byrjun' might be Icelandic (I've never heard it - also don't speak Icelandic). And yes you must buy it, because it is officially brilliant!

Hmm, well i suppose it is really just a big village rather than a city....
But then again, i also want to go to the Faeroe Islands, so maybe i just have a fetish for boring oversized villages :p

I love the title of ' () ', especially when I try to get my friends to say it out loud and they can't, and end up saying something like "The two curvy thingies".
