After Philadelphia's dominant victory over the hapless Atlanta Falcons, I wish them luck as they prepare to battle the Patriots in Superbowl XXXIX. Perhaps Philly has finally stepped up to the big boys table.

The aggresive Eagles defence looked wonderful today, and it was good to see the offence working well. The only thing I didn't like were the stupid penalties which will kill them in the Superbowl. Most likely TO will return for the Superbowl, causing the Pats to have to play with a lot of double teams. If TO can draw some extra attention, McNabb should be able to find the open receivers or dump it off to his talented TE and RB.

It'll be a close game, and I predict an Eagles win, 27-24.

I hope TO breaks his spindly little leg, gets an infection, dies, and is ground up into manure. Cuz he is shit.

coming from an honestly unbiased source (me), i really don't think there's any way the eagles will win.

I don't mind the Eagles but I have thought for some tiem that Philadelphia fans are assholes. This is the same crowd who cheered when Michael Irvin sustained a career-ending injury. Say what you will about Irvin; he's a fellow competitor and human being, and it's against the code of conduct of decent sports fans to disrespect an injured player. Not to mention they booed Santa Claus. WTF is with that?

As someone living right by Philly I have to say: I seriously hope they don't win. If they do, NO ONE will shut up about it for the next 15 years. The local news doesn't talk about anything else anymore.

Also, I actually feel kinda proud of the booing Santa thing. Come on, thats awesome.
