Green Day VS Chicago
Since Green Day obviously ripped the bass line of Chicago's 25 or 6 to 4 when they wrote Brain Stew I heard there was a lawsuit of some sort. But when I went to look for more I couldn't find anything about it. Anyone know anything about this.
I hope Chicago kicked their butts.

Chicago was a great band, and Green Day can only hope to match their musical achievements!

I've never heard of chicago, but they also somewhat took the tune of "Down Town" in one of thier songs.
Also, there is a Hip-Hop singer, who used the chorus of an Electric Light Orchesta and placed it, totally unchanged in the middle of her song. (not that I listen to Hip-Hop, I heard it on a music show...).
