Flag One

Flag Two
I made both of these flags by myself. I know the firts flag has a little problem with the star, but ignore that. Please tell me which one you prefer.
Second, does anyone know a way I can keep the flags .png and retain the same size they are right now but make them smaller in terms of KBs?

I like flag 1 more but you can have flag 2 as the military flag or something, rp that is.

Use Flag 1 as the military flag(since it has the eagle)
Use Flag 2 for your country

This needs a bump, and someone needs to answer my question.

I like flag one, it's more ornate.

you have photoshop or similar? Save it as png-8 and there is no loss of quality do to the minimal amount of colours used (can be accessed through Save for Web).
But why do you need to make it less? 48k is small. However I got it to 16k with the png-8. I don't know if you did this because I use IE and it was being shitty and only allowed me to save your flag as a bmp. :(
edit: to bump it down even further choose selective and choose 15 colours (on right), that'll take you below 10k
I prefer flag 1. :)
I learned all that just now.

Wicked flag dude.
I prefer one over two, it just seems more majestic. Although depending on the kind of thing you want your nation to stand for, I guess it'd vary.

Having a bird on one's flag is always appropriate.
I'm a great fan of the program called "Paint". It's in your Accessories menu under Programs in your Windows Start Button. Go to Image>Stretch/Skew to resize the entire picture. It's that easy, and it won't take long at all. Especially considering that if you use that evil Adobe product called Photoshop, you'll have to wait like 3 minutes before it finished loading up. (Yes, I'm probably exaggerating, but you get the idea...)

I like flag 2. Flag 1 looks like a military flag, but you should keep the stripes the same on both. Keep in mind that yellow and white are both considered to be "metals". Generally, metals should not be placed next to each other.
