Well the point the article is trying to make is that Bush claims to be doing all he can to protect America, yet is leaving giant holes in national security by allowing anyone in the country. Its hard to stop terrorism when you let everyone in and then give them amnesty. Its less about immigration itself and more about his insane security standards.
