yes, in fact they can! The Liechtenstein nation has been known to have very close links to Al Quaeda. Liechtenstein produces all of Al Quaeda's stamps and in return, all terrorists go skiing in Liechtenstein at least once a year.

well... in the mountains. the alps, that is. (though I think just the terrorists ski there. any person from liechtenstein would probably prefer to ski in either austria or switzerland where they have bigger skiing resorts.)
