I found these references to UFOs in the WTC while browsing. I wonder what this type of thing is supposed to mean. Any ideas?

Try hard enough and you will find UFOs absolutely anywhere, accroding to the WWW.

It is probably a small amount of burning debris - some stuff used in the interior decor of offices ( and plane interiors ) is more flamable than is generally known - some is very toxic, and gives off a Lot of smoke when burned. So the piece of material could be comparatively small, and the reason it doesn't drop straight down is that it was light enough weight wise for the air currents to keep it aloft for a time.

I do believe in extraterrestrial intelligent life, but something tells me to take this with a grain of salt due to the shock and sensationalization of the incident.

I am still open to the possiblity that the event was being observed, but I doubt very much there was an "alien conspiracy" to take down the WTC.

C'mon, these websites appear to have a reasonable audience... Trying to be clearer, my question is: what do the people who think there were/are UFOs around disaster areas such as the WTC suppose the aliens were there for?

The WTC was hideous from an architectural standpoint. The only good thing about the 9-11 was that now we get some sexy new ultra modern European architecture replacing the two ugly behemoths.

I don't know one of the more famous and credible sightings I can think of were the Tridadad(sp) Island photos that were taken by a photographer on a Brazillian naval ship. The officers of the ship actualy saw the photos taken and developed and reported it to the Brazilian Gov.

I don't know one of the more famous and credible sightings I can think of were the Tridadad(sp) Island photos that were taken by a photographer on a Brazillian naval ship. The officers of the ship actualy saw the photos taken and developed and reported it to the Brazilian Gov.
