No it's not. Shinto is a much older religion, native to Japan. It's an animistic religion. When Buddhism was introduced to Japan, the ideas behind Buddhism and Shintoism changed, and they are now compatible, but separate.

In particular, the kami (spirits) of Shintoism are buddhas of Buddhism and vice versa.

You know, I think you have been misinformed about the above. The first sentence is correct; but the part about muslims believing that Jesus was just a Prophet and not as important as Muhammad is short of the truth. Your statement really goes back to a very fundamental difference between Christian and Muslim teachings. When Muslims say that "There is no God but Allah and Muhammed is his Prophet" it is a refutation of the Christian concept of the Trinity. Muslims see this Christian teaching as dividing God into parts and making two or more Gods. Muhammad did not see Jesus and himself in competition. This was added by believers on both sides. This is the central difference between the two religions. Muhammed was the first Messenger of God to speak very plainly and clearly of the unity of all the Messeners of God. You can find references to the oneness of the Prophets in the other religions, but there are not as central to the teachings. The most recent Messenger of God, Baha'u'llah, has made the essential oneness of the Messengers of God a foundational principle of His teachings.

If you asked the Founders of each of the religions they would say that there is no fundamental difference between them, therefore they are all true for the age in which they came. Which would explain why they all promised they would return.

It really is futile to suggest that any religion is more 'true' than any other. Truth exists within boundaries; religious truth within religious boundaries. A religion can be true for any one individual, but not compared with any other.

I'm mostly glad to see Jesus and Cthulu tied. It warms my heart. :)

No quite the contrary (to the second question, not the third). Truth cannot be applied to a religion vs religion context. You just end up begging the question.

I pretty much agree with him on this. I loath people wo are totally dependent on a god or other non-existing imaginary form. It's all wishful projection from the human mind, and masses following that illusion.

Old-school CoS member all the way! Then again, I do have small differences in my view of Satanism, and other religions, then most Satanist. Like, most Satanist don't believe in Jesus, but I do only because I wish to battle against him, along side Satan. (If Jesus does exist.) I don't believe Jesus is the only "God" if he is a real God, and I don't believe in Jesus as a perfect being, though he may be godlike, I believe he is not invincible, and does makes mistakes.

I do pray to Satan as a being, while most Satanist don't pray to Satan as a being, my view Satan is not the "higher being" or "higher power" he is a leader. Even though he is the leader, we all are equal and we all have power over the world around us. We are even equal to Satan and Jesus. And sence we have power and we are equal we refer ourselfs as "Lord". That's why I'm Lord Medivh. And I also worship the other 7 great evils along side Satan. (I listed them all in a older post.) Another reason why I worship Satan as a being is because, you get to get alot more people pissed off when you tell them you worship Satan as a being.

Another difference I have is; sence most Satanist don't believe in Jesus at all, so they don't believe in a after life ethier. Well I do, and some other fellow Satanist believe too. We believe in that in the after life Satanist will be the punishers of Hell.

These are my views from the conclusion I found when I combined the old Satanic testament with the new Satanic testament. Besides the views typed above, I follow the 1976 Satanic Bible and the CoS.
