I'm a red cross certified lifeguard.
I didn't need to know that for the test.
But I'll look it up for you anyway and I'll tell you if I see anything.

Yeh... I don't know...
I've been lifeguarding for over a year now. Didn't need that for the test, nor did I ever use it on the job, so I think you're going to be okay...

Okay, the pieces are starting to come together.

It sounds like "Fun funness" is already a lifeguard, but can't get paid for it until he gets some kind of certification, and he needs the money to pay for college. Therefore, the topic would make sense, it would not be spam, and I would not have to lock it.

That is what it sounds like.

Well anyway what you do is you sit back in your chair and let someone else get the person. J/k

Hold it....

First, it sounds like you're taking the test right now. So, wouldn't this be cheating?

Second, this is something you ought to know by heart. This is a lifeguard certification, right? If you get this job, then peoples lives could depend upon you, right? I hate to insinuate that you're incompetent (and I hate to skirt the rules against flamebait), but if you don't know what you're doing, then peoples lives should not be placed in your trust.

i have been a lifegaurd for three years if you have to save a person larger than you you save them the same way you would save anybody else if you become in danger back off

Its not that I cant save them its that I cant remember the exact terms because I took the orginal test 6 years ago. So I could save someone I just wanted to be specific. Its not cheating becuase it open resources. I think what you do is the same as normal, but if you cant just keep them afloat.

Ahhh! I see! So, whoever is giving the test wants you to use their technical jargon. Got it. :)

That's kind of lame. So you could completely save someone's life, but if you don't use the proper terminology while doing so, you fail?

Yeah I know. But I think it is only for the written section, hopefully not real life.
