So, what/who do I hate? Do you have any idea? Do you want to say I hate small babies? Do I hate kittens? What do I hate?

It's a bit of a stretch to say that I "hate" anyone or anything living, however I do hate abuse of the weak by the strong ( I sincerely hope I never encounter anyone abusing a child or a man abusing a woman ... I would probably wind up with serious jail time! ), the preaching of lies as truth, and the arrogance of those who know so much better than we how our lives should be run ( whether liberal, conservative, or whomever ).

I also get rather agitated ( as you may have noticed! ) at those who disparage the US and the US military, although I can sometimes understand why they do this.

I hate ignorance and it's close cousin, stupidity.

I don't hate anything. I consider it to be too much of a drain on my mental and emotional energy. I despise things, feel contempt for things and avoid things but hate them? It gives them too much power over me. I use my passion for creating, sex and loving my husband and kids. If someone hurt them seriously, I might hate them for a while, then I'd dump the body and start to heal myself.

Hate, like love and hero, is an increasingly misused and trivialised word. If you hate, you burn with it. You will do anything to see whatever it is you hate utterly destroyed. The most people should be able to feel for a piece of bacon, for instance, is aversion or revulsion, not hate.

Even paedophiles, I wouldn't say I hate. You don't hate a bacterial infection, you get some antibiotics and wipe it out with no second thoughts. That's my feeling towards paedos. No hate, just a willingness to excise them completely from earth.

You're such an idiot. How is me thinking religious zealousness is a bad thing racist? It has absolutely nothing to DO with race. And I do not blame it soley on the Christians. I blame a lot of stuff PARTIALLY on them, but not everything. I understand that wars and evils that happen in the world are the result of several factors. But in general, and with reason on my side, religion can be BAD. And several people on this board agree with me.
